Meet Sandra Souza BC-HIS, ACA
Sandy has been in the Hearing Health Care Profession for over 15 years. She began her career after her husband suddenly lost his hearing in one ear. Realizing the impact his hearing loss had on both her husband and herself, she has dedicated her life to improving the quality of communication for the hearing impaired. She is Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences, Certified through International Hearing Aid Society and Certified in Audioprosthology. Currently she is on the Board of Directors of HHP, Hearing Health Care Providers of California, as the Central Region Director.
Professional Services
Video Otoscopy Examination-A fiber-optic camera transmits images of your ear to a monitor for viewing. This is helpful in detecting such things as excessive earwax, fluid accumulation, and perforations of the eardrum which will be referred to a medical professional for diagnosis.
Audiological Evaluation- Determines if amplification would be beneficial.
*Puretone Hearing Test is an electronic audiometric threshold test of various frequencies and loudness. Bone conduction thresholds are evaluated with a mastoid bone oscillator.
*Speech Assessment is conducted with amplification to determine your potential benefit or improved understanding when amplification is applied.
Hearing Aid Service-We offer a variety of state-of-the art digital hearing instruments to fit your hearing loss, your preference of sound and your lifestyle.
In-office Hearing Aid Repair-For your convenience and it enables your continual use of aids.
Hearing Aid Accessories and Assistive Listening Devices (ALD's)- This includes such items as telephone and TV amplifiers, amplified alarm clocks, Audio induction loops, FM modulated systems.
Custom Ear Molds for Hearing Protection-This is for hunters, musicians, and concert goers.
